The DCF Training Approach

At DCF, every training engagement follows a structured three-stage approach to ensure clarity, relevance, and measurable outcomes.

Pre Training

Pre-training begins with a formal request for training, followed by detailed discussions with management to understand the underlying motives and expectations. At this stage, clear focus is placed on defining the intended results of the training.

Training

Training is shaped through discussions with a sample group and a detailed analysis of the organization’s training needs. Based on these insights, the training plan is customized, and the program is delivered with a strong emphasis on practical application and participation.

Post - Training

Post-training involves a systematic evaluation of the training and structured reporting to management, helping assess impact and support follow-through within the organization.
